Safety mixed with unexpected challenges

After a brief struggle to find parking, we felt completely secure. The key card access and quiet surroundings.

Upon arrival, the hotel's overwhelming bookings nearly led to a cancellation of our reservation. Thankfully, the staff helped us through it.

I loved good-sized and well-stocked room in this hotel.

The room with views. Location: the hotel was just off local attractions, and various restaurants and establishments within walking distance and various restaurants and establishments and a hair salon across the street. Found Esan Cuisine 5 minutes walk from the property, dined there.

It's a comfortable and beautiful hotel with FANTASTIC services for travelling to Everett. Thank you for a terrific stay.

The staff were friendly and offered great local recommendations. The location is perfect for exploring downtown and nearby attractions. I was disappointed that coffee wasn't available in the lobby .

Safe, Secure, Fine

I reminded me of royalty in my King Room with a View, showcasing the amazing scenes of Puget Sound right outside my window! The attentive staff immediately. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast at the bistro-using those complimentary vouchers was such a treat 🌊🌅

I stayed for a business trip and found the cleanliness and attentive service to be particularly impressive. The front desk staff were proactive in helping with food deliveries. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown Everett and nearby historic neighborhoods, adding a nice touch to my evenings after work.

The location offered a secure environment, with limited outside noise enhancing our restful nights. Parking was a significant issue due to restrictive space, and the lack of complimentary water bottles felt frustrating. Given the room's size, a larger refrigerator would have been appreciated along with a better view to justify the premium price.

The location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions and the beds were super comfy. I felt really safe with secure parking access and after-hours entry via room key. Great for a couple's getaway!

The staff was friendly, especially the gentleman at check-in. The location is great, close to local attractions, and the indoor pool was a nice touch for relaxation.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The indoor pool was perfect for a relaxing evening, and I loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby for a nice chat with friends. The only downside was that my room could’ve used a little extra cleaning in the corners, but it didn’t take away from my great experience. 😊
